Lost & Found History
The Lost and Found Resale Interiors was created in August of 2012 in it’s current location. Jill Cooper, the owner, brings with her years of experience in design, remodeling, home interior staging, and personal shopping. Jill has a driven passion for interior design and never settles for the same look in any two designs. This has continually led her to seek out and find those lost, but never forgotten, highly sought after, one of a kind high end items, and find them at a very desirable price.
This passion for finding the perfect mix of furnishings for an incredible price is her gift that inspired The Lost + Found’s launch as a successful business in a highly competitive furniture consignment industry. The Lost & Found specializes in unique, one of a kind and hard to find pieces to the public at highly affordable prices. We have also become a very high end consignment shop, so there’s a little of everything.
Such pieces include American crafted selections! Selections such as Baker, Ethan Allen, Hickory White, and Stanley that have proven to stand the test of time and remain beautiful and timeless. We love true antique Chinese and Asian furnishings, that have proven to stand the test of time, unlike the new “Made in China” furniture.
We strive to educate our customers to make sure they know what they are buying and what we know about the individual pieces. Is the piece truly antique, or is vintage furniture a more suitable name for that piece. We might also know the age, origin, or brand of the furniture and will always share that with our customers.
